A http://www.alfalaval.com/ecoreJava/WebObjects/ecoreJava.woa/... weboldalon találsz rövid bemutatást az eszközről - persze lehet, hogy éppen ezt fordítod.

A belsejéről a http://www.marstechusa.com/discbowl.html weboldalon találsz keresztmetszeti képet. Az itt látottakat magyarul talán tányérsoros/korongsoros(/többtányéros) centrifugának nevezhetnénk.

Nem sokat segít, de azért megemlítem, hogy a Műszaki lexikonban a "centrifugálás (szeparálás) az élelmiszeriparban" címszónál egyebek között a következő szerepel: "az élesztőiparban a melasz tisztítására használt ülepítő centrifugában a dob több koncentrikus hengerre van osztva az ülepítési út rövidítésére."
