Nem lehet a "higher carcinoma" = "higher grade carcinoma", vagy "higher stage carcinoma"? (A kettő egyébként nem független egymástól.)
A higher stage az előrehaladottabbat jelenti, a higher grade pedig a szövettani differenciáltság foka, grade 1 = jól differenciált, ... grade 4 = differenciálatlan (és az alacsonyabb differciáltsági fok, a grade 1-2 jelent kevésbé rosszindulatút). A neten ezekre elég sok referencia van.
A további szövegkörnyezet esetleg segíthet eldönteni, hogy erről lehet-e szó, és ha igen, akkor melyikről. Mit gondoltok?
