nos, akkora különbség talán még sincs: az EKG-vizsgálat egyszeri és tart, ameddig tart, az EKG-monitorozást pedig folyamatos, általában 24/24 órás, operációknál, súlyos állapotban lévők folyamatos megfigyelésénél mondjanak; egyébként persze ugyanaz az eljárás ugyanazokkal az eszközökkel stb.
Egyébként ha ragaszkodsz a magyar kifejezéshez és tényleg egy ilyen hosszabb vizsgálatról van szó, írhatsz (tartós) EKG-megfigyelést is, ebbe egy nyelvőr sem fog belekötni, csakhogy ez mégsem annyira elterjedt, mint a monitorozás-változat :-).
