Explanation:
Teljesen amatőr vagyok a területen, csak tapogatózom a kérdést illetően, de hátha adok ezzel egy ötletet. A cammable szó töve minden bizonnyal a cam, ennek általános főnévi jelentése: vezérlőbütyök, könyökemeltyű. Ebből gondolom, hogy mint ige a mechanikai vezérléssel, mozgatással kapcsolatos jelentéssel bír. Megnéztem az idézett, injekciós készüléket bemutató szöveg megfelelő ábráját, s ott a cammable finger egy ki-be mozgatható rúdnak tűnik, amelyhez feltehetőleg csatlakoztatni lehet valamilyen alkatrészt, amely a mozgatásra szolgál. Ennek alapján hoztam javaslataimat.
