Érdekes, nemrégiben én is fordítottam (ill. fordíttattam) ugyanezt a mondatot. Itt egy felfújható szerkezetről (stentszövet) van szó, amelyet az elszúkült koronaér-szakaszba juttatnak. Nálam a kapott TM-ben (amit professzorok ellenőriztek) a "stent felhelyező" vagy "stenszövet beültető" rendszer fordult elő. De mindennél jobban elmondja ezt a mellékelt link.

Kösz a pontokat. Amennyire én beleástam magam a témába, a stent olyan, cső formájú merev szövetdarab, amelyet bejuttatnak a szűkület helyére, majd felfújják és ennek hatására kibontakozva az érfalhoz nyomódik, biztosítva a vér átáramlását. (Addig jó, amíg ilyesmiről csak elméletben értekezünk).
