I suggest using Carnosine if a given product named Carnosine is involved (for example Carnosine Star) and karnozin if/where the text is about the compound carnosine in general.

Your point is well taken, Levente. But the question still lingers for me (in any language)...What is more important: what some official body says is correct, or what people are using? Linguists (which I am not) love to talk about this kind of stuff.

In all seriousness, I think this question brings up a really interesting issue that has been ongoing for some time now. Is the "correct term" for something that which is most utilized (which google can be a limited indicator of), or something else?
Explanation: It you're just looking for the Hungarian "equivalent", I think this would be it. If you google "carnosine", "kapszula", you'll get some hits.

Yes, you're right. Even so, if you google "karnozin", "kapszula", you'll get only half as many hits as if you google "carnosine", "kapszula", which leads me to believe that the spelling "carnosine" is used quite frequently in Hungarian.
