Bocs, ezek szerint hiszem félreértettem a kérdést.
Szerintem a covered entity arra utal, hogy a szerződés/megegyezés kiterjed-e, érvényes-e a megnevezettekre. Vagy bármi más, ami a tágabb szövegkörnyezet alapján logikusan adódik.
