Explanation:
Nem határozószó, hanem főnév a well.

igei alak

Explanation:

Esetleg az igei alakról lehet szó:

to suture / to suture well

Magának a varratkészítésnek a művelete.

Az az érzésem, hogy nem tartoznak össze.
..varrat jól...
Pl. jól körülhatárolt varrat - ..suture well defined...
Legalábbis csak ilyeneket találtam eddig.

A "suture well" keresésre kapott összes találat közül csak egyetlen szabadalomban (annak többféle bejelentésében) fordul elő egy fogalomként, így biztos nincs "kész" magyar neve (hacsak angolul nincs egy másik, ismertebb neve).

Notes to answerer
Asker: ez kétségtelenül igaz, azonban a mondatfűzés alapján más lehetőség is felmerül: a single suture well is located...

The third feature is the improved placement of suture wells, and improved suturing techniques that facilitate severing the suture lines and assembly of the device. The invention used one or more *suture wells* that are positioned so as to enhance visibility and accessibility of the suture wells to the surgeon or other user. Moreover, the suture routing provides wider attachment points for greater stability of the ring on the holder.

Lehet akár valami tok ill. mélyedés, ami a varratot az eszközön tárolja a használatbavétel idejéig. Nem tudom ezt megerösíteni.

Asker: Ezek szerint elképzelhető a varrat csatorna...

Asker: Ez valószínűleg teljesen szubjektív, de én a tokot zártnak képzelem, a csatornával szemben, ami lehet egyik oldalról nyitott is, pont a jobb láthatóság érdekében, de ez teljesen szabad asszociáció. Végülis a magyar megfelelőjét keresem.
