Köszönöm mindenkinek a segítséget. Sajnálom, hogy csak most tudok válaszolni. Az ügyfél sem tudott megfelelő magyar kifejezést, és azt kérte, hogy írjam körül a fogalmat a fordításban. Kedves Farkas András! Én a magyar kifejezést kerestem, amikor feltettem a kérdést. Nem szép dolog azt feltétezni, hogy merő lustaságból fordultam ide segítségért! A fogalom jelentését én is ismertem, és a többi válaszadó is utalt rá. Pálmának adom a pontot, mert az ő válasza írta körül legjobban a lényegét a fogalomnak.
A kifejezés kizárólag az FDA által kiadott követelményre vonatkozik, a szponzorált vagy tulajdoni érdekeltséggel levezetett vizsgálatokra. Csak akkor van igazán jelentősége, ha a terméket jóváhagyják és piacraviteli engedélyt akarnak kérni az FDA-tól. A megoldás lehet "szponzorált" klinikai vizsg. vagy X. cég/intézmény/személy tulajdoni érdekeltségében levő vizsgálat (Te biztos jobban ki tudod fejezni). A valóságban a legtöbb klinikai vizsgálat ilyen, de a kifejezés csak az FDA piacraviteli engedélyének megkapása szempontjából releváns.
