húsvizsgálatokról szóló EU-s rendeletről van szó:

The carcase and organs shall also be rejected completely where:
a) it is found that the animal has been slaughtered during a precautionary period for a medicine administered to the animal for animal protection reasons, unless tests conducted at the Finnish Food Safety Authority or a laboratory approved by it indicate that the meat or other parts of the animal do not contain traces of medication above the maximum quantities permitted.

Explanation:
Mivel az "elővigyázatosság elve" (precautionary principle) EU-blabla, ezért én maradnék mellette. Az élelmezés-egészségügyi várakozási idő "withdrawal period". Szerintem a kettő nem biztos, hogy egyezik.
