Sokféleképpen lehetne írni: "doktorosan" (latinul) is, de egy jogi szövegben így sokkal érthetőbb.

Az angol szerintem rossz: severeLY subnormal lenne a helyes, azaz súlyosan eltérő, de ugye ilyet nem mondunk, helyette: nagymértékben.

A tuberculosis az ugye TBC.
A meningitis az agyhártyagyulladás.
A cerebral palsy pedig cerebrális parézis, ami a motoros rendszert érintő betegség.
