Explanation: A "bemondás" angolul verbal statement lenne, az "alapján" szó szerintem az angol fordításban teljesen felesleges. Ugyancsak átfogalmaznám a magyar "rögzítést", mivel eléggé értelmetlen, hiszen nem a rögzítés történt szóban, hanem a személyes adatok begyűjtése. Ez angolul collection of personal information (szemben a szó szerinti "recording of..." fordítással). A bevett angol verzió tudtommal: personal information is/was collected verbally. Kismillió példát lehet rá találni a neten is.
