Kedves Dóra, az érzékenységre angolul mind a sensitivity, mind a tenderness használt. A kettő között a különbség véleményem szerint abban áll, hogy míg a tenderness általában vett érzékenységet jelöl, addig a sensitivity használt abban az esetben, ha közelebbről meg akarjuk határozni, hogy az illető testrész/szerv/szövet stb. mire érzékeny. Mivel ebben az esetben konkrétan a nyomásra érzékenység a fordítandó kifejezés, szerintem a sensitivity to pressure (vagy pressure sensitivity) a helyes választás. Mindezt jól illusztrálja az alábbi cikk, ahol mindkét kifejezést alkalmazzák. Az első előfordulás, "breast tenderness" a mell általánosságban vett érzékenységére utal, míg a második, "sensitivity to pressure" jelentése az általad fordítandó "nyomásérzékenység".
