A lower hibrid speciális mikrohullámot jelent, 1GHz körüli frekvencián - fordítását nem találtam, mindenütt mikrohullámú (lower hibrid) antennaként használják. A passzív-aktív a hullámvezetőkre utal, az aktív hullámvezetők közé beiktatnak egy passzív vezetőt.
