Nem tudok rájönni, hogy tudnám jól megoldani: a "több és jobb munkahely megteremtése" olyan suta... Az se igazán jó, hogy "nagyobb számban jobb munkahelyek" vagy "nagyobb számú jobb munkahely" - mert az pl. arra utalna, hogy jönnek létre újak, csak azon belül a jóknak kellene többen lenniük... juj.
