English term or phrase: scurvy
He lost his 2 companion - one to an accident and one to starvation - and was himself so stricken with scurvy he had to tie his soles back onto his feet after they had fallen off.

A segítséget előre is köszönöm.

agree  Balázs Sudár: A skorbut nyilvánavó, a leváló talp??? Ráadásul A-vitamin mérgezést is kapott a mértéktelen kutyamáj fogyasztástól.
