Egyelőre nem találok rá utalást a magyar eu-s terminológiában, ezért szerintem a szó szerinti fordítás lesz a jó, csak kissé furcsán hangzik ezen a nem-tudományos területen.
Lehetne még egyenlőségi törvény, de azt máshol használják, és nem is fejezi ki az 50-50 arányt, amelyről itt szó van. |

Explanation:
Szerintem nem a jogegyenlőség/esélyegyenlőség a lényeg, hanem az 50-50%-os arány.
Leírva már több helyen is találkoztam a paritás törvény kifejezéssel, de most hirtelen csak egyet találtam:

Igaz, hogy itt is idézőjelben használják, de mivel utána úgyis megmagyarázod, szerintem elfogadható.
