Az anyagokból úgy tűnik, hogy a "switch loading" során a tartály feltöltése történik, miközben a tartály korábban már fel volt töltve egy hasonló, de gyúlékony anyaggal, tehát nincs kitisztítva, és esetleg az anyag gőzeivel/gázaival van tele. Ekkor figyelni kell, hogy ezek egyrészt ne szennyezzék a környezetet, másrészt be ne robbanhassanak. Ezt a műveletet leginkább „gőzkivezetés” és „gőzvisszanyerés” néven találtam meg.
