A teljes szövegkörnyezet függvényében végül is lehet, hogy kiderülne, hogy ilyen értelmű a szöveg:
Anya ilyet szól, tisztára belezúgtam a srácba. Hogy BELEZÚGTAM! Miről beszélünk már???

(Vagyis nem értetlenkedik, hanem tiltakozik a kifejezés ellen a kislány.)

Rákeresve a kifejezésre, többféle értelmezést is lehet találni (pl. egyet az Urban dictionary-ban). A (szerintem) ide legjobban illő változatnál (www.phrases.org.uk › Discussion Forum)
(mesterkélt értetlenséget, meglepődést fejez ki, nem várta a mamától, hogy ezt a szót tudja és használni fogja. A lány tudja, mit jelent, csak azt nem gondolta volna, hogy az anyukája is tudja:
„Belezúgni?! Miket nem mond/tud a mama!/Milyen szavakat használ a mama!

I hear the word "crush" used by young girls more often than they would use "love" (too nice) or "smitten" (too archaic) so I'm not convinced that she is arguing against the term itself; she is most likely trying to deny the fact that she does have a crush on that boy. I could be wrong, though... :)

fellángol, szalmaláng - suggests short term unlike "crush" (http://www.google.hu/#hl=hu&q="crush on him for years"&aq=f&...
belehabarodik - may be too old fashioned even for the mum
vonzalom - may be a bit powerless

Yes, a/ the girl doesn't understand the word, not having yet come across it and b/ she would cringe if she did know what it meant. Thanks every one, I think I'm nearly there !!
