1 He always worries about his exams: "hann hefur alltaf áhyggjur (út) af prófunum", OR "hann kvíðir alltaf fyrir prófunum"
2 He always worries that he’ll fail his exams: "hann hefur alltaf áhyggjur um að hann falli á prófunum" OR "hann kvíðir alltaf fyrir að falla á prófunum"

In both instances the second sentence is more colloquial.
