Law (general)
English term or phrase: full blown hearing
I doubt if the matter will escalate to a full blown hearing and I will commence action by way of an Originating Summons as I am told that you paid for all if not most of the consideration and outgoings, expenses for both the ABC and the XYZ properties.

thank you.

sidang pemeriksaan
Explanation:
In English, when we say 'full blown', we mean 'proper', 'fully developed', 'formal' etc. The alternatives to a 'full blown hearing', i.e. a hearing before a panel of judges, include administrative hearings, arbitration, negotiation, mediation, etc. A 'full blown hearing' or 'full blown adjudication' is merely a formal hearing or trial. (Sidang pemeriksaan lanjutan, as suggested in another answer, is not a 'full blown hearing' but merely the second, or subsequent session of an ongoing hearing or trial in the Indonesian legal system.) Peer comments on this answer (and responses from the answerer)
agree  Erich Ekoputra: "full-blown" is, perhaps, in contrast with pre-trial, wherein only a limited set of audience present.
