7A. MAIL IN ENTRIES. As an alternative means of entry, players may substitute up to seven (7) Wireless and seven (7) Website entries per contest with mail in entries. Contestants should mail any such entries to GroupLotto, 1 Blue Hill Plaza, New York, New York 10965. Each envelope may contain one entry, which must indicate the date of intended play and whether this play is intended as a substitute for a Website or Wireless entry. Mail in entries should be mailed at least ten (10) days prior to the intended play date to help assure timely receipt. Each mail in entry must include your name and address so that we may mail you a confirmation of your entry and contact you if you are a winner. Any improperly submitted mail in entries will be void. You must produce your confirmation of mail in entry to claim any prize.
8. IDENTIFICATION OF ENTRANTS. Each entry you submit will be automatically assigned a GroupLotto™ Entry Number (GLEN). If you properly select the selected winning numbers drawn Monday through Friday excluding the aforementioned holidays, and are notified by GroupLotto™, you must respond within ninety (90) days with your GLEN and name, which must identically match the information in GroupLotto™ database for a prize to be awarded. In the event of a dispute, the information in GroupLotto's™ database will govern. Entries will be deemed made by the person under whose name the entry was registered, regardless of who actually submitted the entry. Entries must be made before 12:00 AM Eastern Time on a given day to be eligible for the next available drawing. All entries made after 12:00 AM Eastern Time will be entered into the following day's drawing.
9. HOW TO WIN GRAND PRIZES. Six (6) winning numbers between 1 and 75 will be selected at 3:00 PM ET for each of the seven (7) GroupLotto drawings, Monday through Friday, excluding the aforementioned holidays. The selected numbers will be matched with all entries received between 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time, two days prior to the drawing and 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time the evening prior to the drawing, except that entries that would otherwise be eligible for a Saturday or Sunday drawing will be eligible for the following Monday drawing. If an entry identically matches each of the 6 winning numbers, that entry will be awarded the Grand Prize for that particular game. All prizes are subject to eligibility verification. In the event that there is any failure, error, or other difficulty in the transmission of the GLENs to the prize provider, for a given days drawing, that drawing will be canceled at GroupLotto's™ sole discretion and all entries will be rolled over to the next scheduled drawing. GroupLotto™ Guaranteed $50.00 Daily Winner ("$50.00 Daily Winner"), GroupLotto™ $250.00 Instant Winner ("$250.00 Instant Winner"), GroupLotto™, $50,000 Tell-a-Friend Winner ($50,00 Tell A Friend Winner™) , Guaranteed Cash Prize Promotion, and GroupLotto™ Guaranteed $2500.00 Daily Winner ("$2500.00 Daily Winner") Prizes.
10A. DAILY 50.00 PRIZE. From the entries eligible for each daily (Monday through Friday) drawing, a single entry will be randomly selected as the "Daily Winner". SCA will identify the Daily Winner to Sponsor on or before 11:00 A.M. (Eastern Time), each weekday. The winner will receive a cash prize of $50.00 to be paid via check or electronic transfer, pending eligibility verification.
10B. $250 INSTANT WINNER PRIZE. Beginning the month of February 2001, GroupLotto will randomly select ten (10) registrants per month to win $250.00 instantly. At pre-determined times during the month, GroupLotto will query its database for the latest game played and immediately notify the winning Registrant via e-mail that they are a $250.00 Instant Winner. The winner will receive a cash prize, pending eligibility verification. Limit of 10 instant winners per month period for duration of the promotion.
10C. $50,000 Tell-a-Friend Prize. Players may choose to participate in the $50,000 Tell-a-Friend Referral Program by utilizing the GroupLotto Tell-a-Friend. In order to receive the $50,000 Tell-a-Friend prize, a user must first successfully submit at least one valid email address into the GroupLotto Tell-a-Friend form. Secondly, the recipient of this email must click the specified link in order to proceed to GroupLotto website registration. If the recipient of the Tell-a-Friend email successfully completes the registration form in the same session that began as a result of the click in the Tell-a-Friend email, the new registrant will be added to the referring member's group. If anyone in a user's group hits the jackpot (matches 6 of 6 numbers in any game), the $50,000 Tell-a-Friend prize will be awarded to the member who referred the jackpot winner. 10D. GUARANTEED CASH PRIZE. Limit of one (1) Guaranteed Cash Prize per person. Only those new registrants participating in the $1.00 Guaranteed Cash Prize Promotion, who play 7 games on the date of registration, will be awarded $1.00 through PayPal. All such GroupLotto registrants will be contacted directed via e-mail by PayPal on or about the day following their registration with GroupLotto and directed how they can collect their prize money through PayPal. Prize money can be withdrawn and / or utilized by the registrant in three ways:
First, PayPal can deposit your winnings directly into your bank account. Your request will be processed immediately, and your money will arrive in your bank account in 3-5 business days.
Second, you can request a personal check from PayPal. The check will arrive at your home by U.S. Mail within 1-2 weeks.
Third, you can use your prize money toward a purchase from a participating PayPal merchant.
Wireless lotto entrants are not eligible to participate in the $1 Guaranteed Cash Prize promotion. Preexisting GroupLotto registrants are not eligible to participate in the $1 Guaranteed Cash Prize promotion.
PERIODIC PRIZES
10E. $2,500 MONTHLY WINNER PRIZE. From time to time, at its sole discretion, GroupLotto™ will offer a $2,500.00 Monthly Winner Prize Promotion. During such Promotion, all registrants responding to GroupLotto's™ $2,500.00 Monthly Winner Promotion E-mail, who participate in GroupLotto™, and who play at least seven games on the date of play, will be eligible to be selected for the $2,500.00 monthly prize. The new registrant selected will be the $2,500.00 "Monthly Winner." The winner will receive a cash prize of $2,500.00 to be paid via check or electronic transfer, pending eligibility verification.
10F. $100 FREE JEWELRY PRIZE. From time to time, at its sole discretion, GroupLotto™ will offer a $100 Free Jewelry Prize Promotion. During these Promotions, new and existing registrants responding to the $100 Free Jewelry Prize Promotion e-mail will be eligible to win up to $100 in free jewelry. Participants may select up to 10 items of jewelry valued at approximately $10.00 dollar per item. A shipping and handling charge of $4.99 will be applied to each item of jewelry claimed.
11. ODDS OF WINNING. Grand Prizes - 1 in 201,359,550. Daily Prizes - The odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. Using random inputs, the winning numbers for the Grand Prize will be fairly and impartially generated. $250 Instant Winner- the odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received during the promotional period.
12. GRAND PRIZES. If more than one entry contains the requisite numbers for the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize will be divided evenly among all such winners. Grand Prizes: Game 1- One Million Dollars, Game 2- a new automobile (approximate value $50,000.00), Game 3- A dream vacation (approximate value $30,000.00), Game 4- One Million Dollars, Game 5- One Million Dollars, Game 6- Two Million Dollars, Game 7- Ten Million Dollars (paid as a 30 year annuity). (Approximate Retail Value: US $50,000) If more than one entry contains all the winning numbers, $50,000 will be divided evenly among the correct entries. Cash prizes for Free Car may be paid in a lump sum.
12B. GroupLotto Free Vacation Prize. If an entry identically matches the 6 winning numbers that appear in the GroupLotto Free Vacation game drawing, that entry will be awarded the Free Vacation Prize, pending eligibility verification. If there is only one winner, the winner will win a vacation. (Approximate Retail Value: US $30,000) If more than one entry contains all the winning numbers, $30,000 will be divided evenly among the correct entries. Cash prizes for Free Vacation may be paid in a lump sum.
UNCLAIMED PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED. Prize winners will be required to execute and return an notarized Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability / Publicity Release within 90 days following attempted notification. Non-compliance within this time period may result in disqualification.
