English term or phrase: Eagleton Seal
As a favour to the writer of a fiction novel with a setting in 17th century Ireland, I'm trying to find the Irish Gaelic translation of the (fictitious) term "Eagleton Seal".

Although the "Eagleton seal" is obviously a figment of the writer's imagination, I am nonetheless hoping that it might be possible to come up with a Gaelic term that would more or less convey its meaning.

Other useful info:
- At the centre of the seal sits a crouching eagle.
- The words "Eagleton Seal" are engraved above and underneath the image, in English and Gaelic respectively (hence the need for a translation).
- The novel places Eagleton Castle and its inhabitants on Mount Eagle in Dingle, Co. Kerry.
- Quote from the book: "The bearer of the Eagleton seal shall be the owner of Eagleton Castle."

I haven't been able to find anything useful on the web, other than that the name "Eagleton" may or may not have been "Eggleton", and that "Mount Eagle" translates as "Sliabh an Iolair" ( http://mountainviews.ie/mv/index.php?mtnindex=419 )

Unfortunately, none of my acquaintances/friends have any or sufficient ready knowledge of Gaeilge to come up with a sensible answer to my query.

Thanks a million for any help or suggestions.
