New Oxford American Dictionary Subject: a person or thing that is being discussed, described or dealt with. Bank desires to grant, sell, transfer and deliver to Buyer, and Buyer desires to acquire from Bank for value in a sale pursuant to the UCC and on the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, all of Borrower's and Bank's right, title and interest in the **Subject Assets** (as **hereinafter defined**). [...] ...Buyer shall purchase, acquire and take assignment and delivery of, all of Borrower's rights, title and interest in and to all of **the assets more particularly described on Schedule 2 attached hereto** (**all of which assets are hereinafter referred to collectively as the "Subject Assets"**), http://www.secinfo.com/drNmr.43s.b.htm |
