English to Italian translations [PRO] Bus/Financial - Accounting / purchase conditions | | English term or phrase: overlying contract | This is from a frame agreement, in the general purchase section:
"These rights are valid from the date of the Contract and for up to 2 years after deliver. However, it can run for certain longer periods of time which are specially agreed in the Purchase Order Form when this is necessary for fulfilment of Buyer's audit obligations under the OVERLYING CONTRACT."
The agreement was drafted by a Norwegian firm, so it may be misused. I have found "di secondo grado" for mortages, but not sure it is applicable here.
Thanks in advance |
