Qualcuno sa dirmi come si chiama "policy statement" presente nei bilanci di alcune società? Qui il contesto:
The policy statement for the XXX financial statements for the year to
31 December 2005 reads as follows:
"The consolidated financial statements include the accounts of XXX parent company (‘Parent Company’), and each of those companies in which it either owns, directly or indirectly through subsidiaries, over 50% of the voting rights, or over which it has control of their operating and financial policies. The Group’s share of profits and losses of associated companies (generally 20% to 50% voting rights or over which the Group has significant influence) is included in the consolidated income statement in accordance with the equity method of accounting."
Ho già visto le soluzioni suggerite in passato su proz, ma non mi sembrano adatte al contesto.

Ciao Adele, di solito queste linee guida le ho sempre viste incluse in un documento molto più ampio che è la nota integrativa (dove è anche spiegata e rendicontata per filo e per segno la composizione di tutte le voci di bilancio). Non ho elementi sufficienti per capire se il documento che hai in mano sia proprio la nota integrativa e perciò ho proposto un più generico "linee guida", che comunque come terminologia è adatta ad un bilancio.

| Grading comment Grazie a tutti. Scelgo la soluzione di Maria Rosa perché mi sembra indubbiamente la più adatta al contesto, anche se sono sicura che in altri contesti le soluzioni di Oscar e Giovanni saranno state altrettanto valide. Speriamo soltanto che i curatori non mi bastonino :-)
