io girerei la frase in questo modo:
"È stato attribuito il codice a tre cifre appropriato a tutti i saldi inter- e intra-aziendali?"
Mi sembra che in italiano suoni più naturale. Dopo tutto, si tratta di creare una corrispondenza (to map) tra i saldi, da un lato, e i codici appropriati, dall'altro, attribuendo ai primi i secondi.
