Visto link - in parole povere, io lo interpreto in questo modo: si tratta delle sovvenzioni UE al programma P7 ripartite per anno e area o tematica di attività.
Il budget, in senso lato, è il bilancio previsionale che comprendre tra altri dati queste sovvenzioni al P7 e come si decide o è stato deciso di allocarle per esercizi annuali/anni nonché per tipologia e aree interessate volte al finanziamento dell'nnovazione nel campo della ricerca in vari ambiti.
potresti anche rendere tale titolo come "Ripartizione del budget per anno ed area di ricerca (o tematica o area di attività ecc.)"
