Avrei bisogno di un aiuto per un'espressione su cui sto ragionando da un po', ma che non riesco a rendere al meglio.
Ecco qui frase e contesto.
"With reference to the headings used to separate receivables collectable within and after the subsequent accounting period, the criterion of*** juridical collection ***(under contract or the general law) has been used.
Si tratta proprio di "juridical collection". Il contesto è quello di un bilancio d'esercizio.
Ho provato ad inserire l'espressione così com'è dentro google, ma la ricerca non ha dato gli esiti sperati. Io ho inteso collection come recupero/riscossione (dei crediti), ma è questo juridical che non riesco a rendere.

la tua interpretazione è giusta. il termine indica una riscossione dei crediti ancora esigibili, trattandosi di un bilancio. non sono certa del juridical, però. provo a vedere! ;-)
