Explanation:
In molte tecniche di meditazione il termine "concentrazione" è decisamente improprio perché rischia di portare fuori strada il praticante in quanto non si tratta di una "attività" volontaria della mente ma - al contrario - di prendere le distanze il più possibile 'dall'attivismo' incessante della mente. Se il testo si rivolge ad un'utenza specializzata secondo me ti converebbe impiegare il termine 'vuoto', od altri analoghi che potresti trovare dietro ulteriori ricerche, piuttosto che 'concentrazione'.
