Ho cercato in lungo e in largo, ma credo non ci sia una traduzione tecnica specifica per l'espressione (magari mi sbaglio).
Credo che mix andrebbe tradotto alla lettera, nel suo senso di "distribuzione", "combinazione", "sistemazione" o "organizzazione" (in base a una serie di parametri). Guardando un esempio di parking mix (vd. link di riferimento), io quindi tradurrei: "distribuzione/organizzazione/sistemazione logistica dei parcheggi".
Logistico: "Relativo al coordinamento (...) e alla distribuzione di cose per raggiungere funzionalmente un determinato fine".
