In helicopter the lubrication is set to certain values to maintain proper cooling/lubrication in high gear pressure areas such as bewel gear system in rotor shaft gear box etc.Oil pressures are monitored/adjusted.The pressure regulator bottle is a part of the regulating system. This is my understanding with the available information |
