Anche questo termine ricorre nella mia parte. Poiché si tratta di una fase preliminare all'ispezione con penetrante fluorescente, ritengo si tratti da un processo di pulizia. La mia traduzione omette il concetto di "swab" (vale a dire l'applicazione tramite un tampone, perché altrimenti diventa troppo lungo.
