tradurrei in questo modo perché "combine" corrisponde a "combine harvester" ovvero mietitrebbia (lo puoi verificare su IATE e anche su dizionari bilingue come HOEPLI)
Si tratta dunque di una mietitrebbia (chiamata peraltro anche solo "combine", in italiano) per facilitare i lavori tra i filari.
