cane arrapato Explanation: Da solito, un "horndog" riferisce a un uomo molto arrapato verso le donne, che le segue in continuazione per un "scopo" specifico (cioè per fare sesso). Almeno in Canada e gli US, è così. Quindi, consiglio un gioco di parole su questa tema qui. Non necessariamente il mio suggeritmento, ma magari "arrapicane" oppure qualcosa del genere.
