This vision station consists of a xxx digital camera located directly above the vial. The camera FOV is down onto the top of the vial, focused on the top of the crown of the vial. A xxx 25mm lens with a 5 mm extension tube is used to image the top surface of the vial.
The lighting is from the bottom of the vial with a strobe light source. Light is emitted from a **diffuse square fibre back light source** with a 70 mm diameter circular mask to give the light source the same shape as the vial. |
