Teaching pedal and gear shift positions
The ***teach-in*** procedure ***teaches*** the Autopilot about the accelerator pedal positions, clutch pedal positions, and gear shift positions. You must teach the autopilot these positions each time you install the autopilot in a vehicle, even if the Autopilot has been previously used in the same vehicle. The type of teach-in you will perform depends on whether this is the first time you have performed the teach-in for this type of vehicle. If you are using a completely new vehicle type, follow instructions for Teach-In Vehicle Type.
If you are using a vehicle type that has been used previously, select the vehicle from the vehicle menu and follow instructions for Teach-In Actual Vehicle.
I would also appreciate suggestions on the translation into Italian of the verb "teach" applied to the teach-in procedure. |
