Explanation:
Roller sta in genere per rullo, rullino. Roller bearing, i.e., = cuscinetto a rulli. water pump roller= rocchetto o girante pompa acqua. In genere qualcosa su cui far girare qualcos'altro. Se ho capito bene il senso della frase è che si issano le forcelle su qualche attrezzo e si fanno girare le ruote per sentirne il rumore. Good luck.
