The agency usually provides Worker's Compensation insurance and withholds taxes. Desirable agencies also have health insurance and other benefits available at a group rate, i.e., you pay for them, but at a discounted rate. Term contract employee An employee who is hired under the terms of a written employment contract to perform a specific job on a full-time basis. Lavoratori interinali Explanation: Ciao Massimo, credo che la figura di lavoratore che viene esclusa dal formulario sia quella del soggetto che è "sotto-contratto" (da qui "contract employees") con le agenzie che si occupano di trovargli lavoro! Tali agenzie cercano il lavoro per il contract employees e successivamente provvedono a pagargli quanto dovuto! Tali agenzie sono nate all'estero e da qualche anno sono comparse anche nel nostro stato (es. ADECCO!) Il contract cui si fa riferimento è il "leasing di manodopera"! Comunque il termine usato in Italia per riferirsi a tale tipo di lavoro è senza dubbio: INTERINALE Spero di esserti stato utile!
