Non ho proprio idea di come si possa rendere in italiano l'idea di "occupancy" e a dir il vero persino "average room rates" mi pone problemi, anche se immagino significhi che i prezzi delle camere al Dorchester non sono poi cosi' astronomici... Any ideas?

Mi sembra che "occupancy" si riferisce alla quantità di pernottamenti registrati, ma temo che "highest" vada ad applicarsi anche a "average room rates" altrimenti la frase (in inglese) non sta in piedi.
Quindi "dal momento della sua riapertura (1990), il Dorchester ha raggiunto non solo un indice di occupazione tra le più alte di Londra, ma anche le tariffe medie delle camere sono tra le più alte..."
