ne abbiamo parlato ieri, se si tratta di banche si tratta senz'altro di questo, se non si tratta di banche sono comunque dei cespiti (anche qui possono essere dei crediti verso clienti che non pagheranno mai, magari perché falliti) ormai senza valore, per cui devono essere sradicati dai bilanci per risnare la situazione
