Con outstanding si intendono gli "insoluti" (pagamenti ancora da ricevere) o "pendenze" di vario tipo, per es. ordini non ancora evasi o transazioni da concludere, o qualcosa di simile?

  -> beh,in contesti amministrativi SONO gli insoluti,altroché!Se poi si applichi o meno a questo contesto non lo so, anche se parlando di ordini e offerte per me ci potrebbe anche stare!
