When a part is replaced in the course of a warranty repair, the actual failed part must be returned and correctly matched to the warranty claim filed.
When returning a failed part to XX, a completed Part Failure Report is to be returned with the part itself.
Deviating from this procedure may result in reduction of the amount paid on the claim and/or **forfeiture of core credit on** remanufactured parts.
