English to Italian translations [Non-PRO]
Bus/Financial - Business/Commerce (general)
English term or phrase: to engineer commitment
"Many managers have tried to engineer commitment to their own culture in hope of increasing loyalty, productivity and/or profitability."
Non capisco se engineer ha un'accezione negativa oppure significa semplicemente creare. Voi cosa proponete?
Grazie,
ciao
