Sto traducendo alcuni termini relativi alle ricompense usate dalle organizzazioni. Non riesco a trovare il corrispondente di alcuni termini. Mi date una mano?

Deferred compensation è un tipo di ricompensa materiale (perché poi esistono altre tipologie di ricompense, ovvero i benefit, gli status symbol ecc)
Il fatto che poi sia "deferred" non mi sembra una garnde ricompensa... ma non capendo bene a cosa faccia riferimento sicuramente mi sbaglio...
