Per quanto riguarda la Sony, l'inchiesta ha rivelato che, come nell'inchiesta iniziale, determinate vendite interaziendali erano state pagate tramite una società finanziaria collegata. La Commissione ha concluso che, di norma, i costi di questa società finanziaria collegata erano sostenuti da un importatore e che quindi dovrebbero essere detratti per calcolare il prezzo all'esportazione.
