Per "Company's Power of Attorney Holder" è corretto mettere "Procura del titolare della ditta" ? A me non torna molto, anche perchè devo inserire un nome (e quindi dovrebbe essere Procuratore)..

Ladite procuration, après avoir été signée «ne varietur» par le mandataire agissant au nom de la partie comparante et
le notaire instrumentant, restera annexée au présent acte pour être enregistrée avec celui-ci.

Ora mandataire in francese e in questo contesto significa: rappresentante legale della Società.

Per quanto riguarda la scelta tra società, ditta, azienda, impresa, ormai l'unica resa italiana possibile e maggiormente accettata è società.
