English term or phrase: introduce business
It was agreed between XXX [persona] and YYY [ditta], separately from the Services Agreement, that XXX would ** introduce business ** from third parties to YYY . These introductions would then be processed according to the Services Agreement. In such a case, 50% of the commission would be ceded to the third party, and 45% would be paid to XXX for the processing, leaving 5% for YYY.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Grazie mille intanto per la risposta ;) Sono un po' in dubbio su quel che segue (from third parties to YYY), visto che poi YYY incassa il 5%...

Asker: E' che non trovo un modo accettabile per tradurre "from third parties to YYY". Procacciare affari alla YYY... e poi?
