Nella mia (pur breve) esperienza ho sempre visto i termini DELIVERABLES e MILESTONES lasciati invariati nella traduzione italiana di progetti europei.
Nel caso si volesse utilizzare l'italiano:
DELIVERABLES=PRODOTTI
MILESTONES=TAPPE FONDAMENTALI
Il link si riferisce solo a uno dei tanti documenti in italiano dove i termini rimangono invariati
