certificato di vigenza: nella lettera accompagnatoria il Registro delle Imprese di Dublino dice relativamente alla società in questione
"its current DESIGNATION is Normal"
all'interno del certific/to si riprende il concetto indicando:

"Designation:Normal
Date of Designation: 28/08/2009"

da notare che la data di designation coincide con la data di creazione dell'azienda.

In Italia so che nei certificati della Camera di Commercio si specifica "Società iscritta alla sezione ordinaria". si intende questo?

Secondo me si riferisce all'iscrizione nel Registro delle Imprese (infatti affermi che la data coincide con questa "designation") e allora forse potresti tradurre con iscrizione, dando questo senso al termine.
